BackgroundBitmap - Bitmaps are now optionally
stored in the 3DM file and automatically refreshed if the external
version is newer.

Blocks - Blocks can now be embedded, linked,
or linked and embedded. Linked and embedded blocks are optionally
updated when the source changes.

Insert: The Insert dialog now has a check
box to display hidden blocks.

By Parent - Object properties can now be set to
"By Parent" so those properties for objects in a block will
be inherited from the insert instance.

WorkSessions - Major enhancements include:

Switching active files does not change the view.

Remembers the last folder used.

Double-click makes an attached file active.

Lock icon shows when another user has an attached
file open.

Attached files have their own layer tree in the
layer list.

PurgeRefObjects - Removes selected worksession
reference objects from Rhino. Useful when all attached geometry
needs to be loaded into memory.
- LimitReferenceModel: - Limits the amount of
reference geometry that is available for editing to improve performance
or clear visual clutter.
